A 20 Week Community Fitness Program Coordinated by Bayhealth Medical and DelMarVa Stand Up Paddle. This is open to residents and businesses of Milford. Pick up your program passport at the Bug and Bud Festival. Afterwards, they'll be available at the library, the chamber offer and Downtown Milford, Inc.
